...through my first week of meds, that is. I started this past week on 4 pills and 1 injection everyday, down to 3 pills and 1 injection daily right now. The reason it is such a big deal that we have made it through the first week??? Well, because the injection I am on is called Lupron...and it is one stiff fertility drug. Well, to me, anyway. Lupron is known amongst those that use it as an evil drug. It causes major headaches in alot of patients (I've had a massive one for two days straight now). It is also notorious for something called the Lupron Loopies- you can become kind of scatter-brained. And, lastly, the side effect that effects me the most.... I am quite the #%&*@ (insert ugly word here)! I have to make myself very aware of how it is really the Lupron, and NOT the kids and hubby, that is making me go Kaaa-Ra-Zzzy!!! So, to my family that must endure the lovely side effects of Lupron for the next 4 weeks.....I loooooovvvvveeeee you!!! And to my wonderful IM who starts taking the Lupron injections soon... Good Luck! (Or maybe I should send the good luck vibes to Mark!) It's all for a beautiful, worthy, wonderful cause <3
Oh.....Embryo transfer is scheduled for exactly 4 weeks from today! In just one short month Mark & Misty could be parents-to-be!!!
Oh, and one more thing...I just bought 18 pregnancy tests online. Oh.My.Gosh.!!! Don't worry, they were super cheap and I might as well buy them online in bulk now because I know I won't be able to keep myself from buying them in Wal-Mart when they are about 5x the price I paid online! I told you....surros are
POAS-aholics!!! I was NOT kidding! :o)

Wow! How do you do it? I'm exhausted just reading this! Can't wait to hear how it goes in four weeks!
I have always said that surrogacy is the number HARDEST, yet most REWARDING thing I have ever done (outside of having my own children). It is so worth it ALL! :o)
