So the little ones are g.r.o.w.i.n.g....... They are now about 10.5 inches long from head to heel and weigh about 3/4 of a pound! They are about the length of a carrot.
Here is what babycenter.com has to say...
Your baby now weighs about three-quarters of a pound and is approximately 10 1/2 inches long — the length of a carrot. You may soon feel like she's practicing martial arts as her initial fluttering movements turn into full-fledged kicks and nudges. You may also discover a pattern to her activity as you get to know her better. In other developments, your baby's eyebrows and lids are present now, and if you're having a girl, her vagina has begun to form as well.
As for me- Like I said earlier, the most exciting thing happening right now is being able to feel the babies move from the "outside." I am still feeling really good and I am still growing. It's funny to hear the different reactions from people... My kids think I am HUGE and my friends think I look about the normal size for a singleton pregnancy (which I am NOT! Lol). I am 21 weeks and I am measuring between 28-29 weeks. That sounds crazy! This means that if I keep this rate up, that if I deliver at 37 weeks pregnant, I will be measuring like I am 45 weeks pregnant! Whoa.
Weight gain is going well. I am finally seeing a steady increase on the scale. My weight gain as of this morning is exactly 10 pounds. Nice and steady!
I am getting really excited for my next appointment, which is this coming Monday, Nov 7. Nothing new going on at this appointment, I'm just ready to see the little M&Ms and how much they have grown. I am going to try to video the u/s again and post it so Mark & Misty, and all of you, can see the cuties.
That's about it. Ta-ta for now. :o)
