Today's Fertilization Report

Misty called just a little while ago with our report from the RE's clinic.  Here is the lowdown...

Eggs Retrieved: 18 (not 17 like we originally thought)
Mature Eggs Fertilized: 12
Embryos growing as of this morning: 9

This is great news!  These stats are a little better than last time, and we are hoping that this streak continues.

So, the plan as of now is for me to keep on taking all my meds and get myself and my family packed up and ready to head to Houston.  The embryologist will not check on the embryos again until Friday morning.  If it looks like we need to go ahead and get the embabies transferred asap, then the clinic will call me bright and early and we will jump in the car.  We need to be sitting on "ready" by 8 am.  However, if the embryologist thinks the embabies look well enough to let them grow two more days, then we won't transfer until Sunday.  If that is the case, then my family and I will head to Houston on Saturday to spend the day/night with M&M.
